This Return & Refund Policy complies with European Union consumer protection legislation.

Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, simply contact us before the 14-day period expires.

Returning the Product

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the product within 14 days.

Products must be returned:

  • Unused

  • In their original packaging

  • Complete with all accessories

  • In a condition suitable for resale

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The product is defective.

  • The wrong item was delivered.

  • The item was damaged during transport.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned product (or proof that it has been shipped back), we will issue your refund within 14 days.

The refund includes:

  • The full purchase price.

  • The original standard shipping cost paid when placing the order.

Additional costs for express or premium delivery options are not refundable.

Refunds are issued using the original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of:

  • The product

  • The packaging

  • The shipping label

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Legal Guarantee

Consumers located in the European Union benefit from the legal guarantee applicable under EU consumer protection laws for products that are defective or not in conformity with the sales contract. This guarantee applies independently of this commercial return policy and cannot be excluded or limited by these terms.

Non-Returnable Items

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Personalized or custom-made products.

  • Sealed products unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once opened.

  • Products damaged through misuse.
